1. Implement and maintain an effective Quality System that is integrated and developed in conjunction with the other functions of the company.
2. Comply punctually with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the company’s activities.
3. Foster maximum motivation among all collaborators and staff, to achieve a genuine commitment to quality, the provision of adequate means and resources, the training of workers, and consideration of their personal concerns. In this way, the perception of quality is enhanced as a global challenge that requires the combined efforts of everyone to solve.
4. Define and document quantifiable quality indicators, as well as establish measurable objectives that allow the evaluation of the degree of compliance with the general guidelines defined in the Policy by the Management.
5. Strive for the prevention and minimization of non-conformities, to meet system requirements and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality System through the analysis of information, identification of improvement opportunities, and the adoption of initiatives that implement them.
6. Achieve full customer satisfaction by:
- Understanding their needs and expectations by establishing effective communication mechanisms that ensure the proper flow of feedback information.
- Carefully observing all agreed-upon requirements and achieving a high level of quality in all our products and services.
